Property and Finance

  • The Property and Finance Commission is charged in
the Constitution and Bylaws as being responsible for
    the following:
  • maintenance of the property
  • bookkeeping and accounts
  • stewardship enlistment
  • raising and investing capital funds
  • directing the custodian
  • the preservation of historical records

This year the Property and Finance Commission is working
diligently to find ways to increase the funds we use for the
Church and our programs. It is through your charitable
generosity that we are able to continue, enhance, and
expand our commitment to the work of Jesus Christ.

Our 2008 Stewardship campaign is underway.
Please prayerfully consider your gift to the ministry of
Jesus Christ through our church.

One of the maintenance issues for 2008 will be the
installation of new carpet in our Sanctuary.

The Property & Finance Commission continues to oversee
and support the efforts of our Rental Property Team. This
team is working diligently to meet the ideals we embrace
for decent housing for all and balance the need to keep the
rental properties a self-supporting venture.
